Q: How will I know my order has been received?
A: Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you once the payment has been processed.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Q: Do I pay £4.95 delivery charge for every item?
A: You only pay the £4.95 delivery charge for each order, regardless of how many items you order.

Q: What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
A: Your delivery will be sent via Royal Mail or courier. A card will be left giving details of how to collect or re-arrange delivery.

Q: What is your credit card security code?
A: The card security code is a three digit number found on the reverse of your card on the signature strip.

Q: What if there is no stock in my size, will new stock become available?
A: We do hold large stocks of shirts in all sizes. However, in the unlikely event that your size is not available, we will endeavour to provide a replacement shirt in a similar style or will notify you of the delay whilst stocks are replenished.
